Healthy Kids Day

Healthy Kids Day® is the Y’s national initiative to improve the health and well-being of kids and families. For over 30 years, YMCAs have hosted community events aimed to inspire kids and families to keep their minds and bodies active throughout the summer months and beyond. Sponsored nationally by Peanuts and Gatorade, Healthy Kids Day’s® mission is to turn fun and play into lifelong memories. Join the YMCA on Saturday, April 18 starting at 10 am as each of our YMCA locations host a day of interactive activities, demonstrations and more where you can engage with us in building a healthy spirit, mind and body for you and your family. We want to invite you to get involved at the Y! When you attend the Healthy Kids Day event, you will have special offerings and opportunities to engage with Y membership and programs this summer.
