Creative Connections: Fossil Fest

***For Grades 4-8 Only***Step back in time for a roaring good time at Fossil Fest! Young paleontologists will explore a variety of hands-on stations inspired by the prehistoric world — each one packed with creativity, discovery, and a little bit of messy fun.Dig into the mystery of dinosaur diets as a “Dino Poo Detective,” create your own dinosaur keychain using Shrinky Dinks, paint colorful dino scenes with your fingertips, and design ancient-style petroglyphs to tell your own story in “stone.”From science to art (and a little silliness in between), this dino-mite event has something for every explorer. Come ready to create, investigate, and have a rawr-some time! 🦕✨This program is only for youth entering grades 4-8 in fall 2026.Registration is required for this event, and will open Thursday, July 9, at 10 am.Supplies for this program are made possible by the Friends of the Cinco Ranch Branch Library.
