Parade begins at Historic Courthouse Downtown Richmond at Hwy 90 & 4th Street and ends at Hwy 90 @ Jennetta Street in Rosenberg. Be in the know about our kick off parade! Here's the route- find a spot, stay hydrated, and cheer on your favorite parade entries. Road closures and construction in the area will be a factor - so arrive early! Join us Friday, Sept. 25 at 9 AM as we roll from Downtown Richmond to Rosenberg! 💠 Find a place to watch it 📍Hwy 90 from Richmond To Rosenberg 📣 Starts at 9:00 am - so be sure get there early ⁉️ Any questions? 🚧 Road closures begin around 7am 👀 🚧 watch for construction areas - plan accordingly 🧊 cooling stations are being set up along the parade route
