Let freedom ring and celebrate the red, white, and blue with your Houston Symphony as we bring our annual celebration of America’s birthday to Miller! Our Star-Spangled Salute, presented by Spec’s/Spec’s Charitable Foundation, features patriotic performances of fan-favorites like 1812 Overture, The Stars and Stripes Forever, and America the Beautiful followed by a grand finale that lights up the night sky with a breathtaking firework display! Fireworks made possible by Huntington Bank and brought to you by the Miller Theatre Advisory Board. **The fireworks are even better with the music. We’ve carefully curated a soundtrack to complement every burst and finale – and now you can hear it wherever you’re sitting in the park. Free tickets are available (4 per person over age 16 while they last) from our website one day prior to the performance starting at 10:00 AM through noon the day of the show, or until tickets run out. We always reserve plenty of tickets available for in-person pick up at the box office, which opens an hour before the show starts. As always, open seating on the hill. Our shows go on rain or shine!
